Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking for a fun night out, the tables are open and ready to play. The tables are located in the parlor across from The Helm restaurant. Sundays at 4 PM, come alone or join a friend and be ready for some fun.
At this time all activities/events are open to all official owners and future owners under contract. The current policy for signups is as follows:
Sign-up links will be sent to residents who reside in the community first.
If there are tickets/spaces still available prior to the event taking place, communications will be sent, and non-resident guests may attend as a plus-one of an official resident.
Event Registration Payment and Cancelation Policy
To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than the RSVP date noted for the scheduled event. Payment is required immediately at signup to confirm registration. If a resident is unable to register and pay in person for an event, they may ask another DWW resident to sign them up. Payment for the event must be worked out between the individuals and not the HOA.
Refund Policies
Resident cancelation: If the payee is unable to attend the ticketed event, no refunds will be processed. However, tickets are transferable to another DWW resident but not another event. If a ticket is transferred, the HOA must be notified of the update.
No-Show policy: Ticketholders who no-show without notice of a ticket transfer will forfeit the full amount paid with no possibility of credit.
HOA cancelation: If an event is canceled by the HOA, you will receive a lifestyle credit for the amount paid. Credit must be used within 90 days of issuance.
Venue cancelation: If the event is canceled by the venue, or third-party vendor, the event will be rescheduled, and no refund will be submitted. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to another DWW resident.
Transfer Policy: All cancelations must be made in writing. All transfers of tickets must be submitted, in writing, to the HOA. In the event of a ticket transfer, funds will be handled between the involved parties and not the HOA.
